Post Mortem (Late as Fuu)

So, What I said in class is essentially how I really felt during this whole project. I loved every minute and it drove me to get work done because I was passionate about the project. Which in the end led to the biggest reason for my love/hate for this project. But it was done and we have something to show for. I'm hopping we can definitely keep working on it! I would love to be apart of this to push it to "Completion". I love that people either tried to keep in touch with what other parts where doing or were willing to work and treat this professionally and in the end it really showed certain peoples work ethic.

Big shout outs.

Obasi, for really doing all the programming and being patient with us.
Hugo and Diego for dealing with my OCD and sticking in with it till the end.
Monique for keeping me informed about things that needed done or where our efforts needed to be in the department for backgrounds.
Anthony for pumping out 2 backgrounds fully textured and completed by himself.

I honestly dont think there was anyone else working on this with us... so if i forgot you... well there is probably a reason and you probably should try extra hard to get that work ethic off your name. Just sayin.

Anthony Riddick final work for game

Here is what I did for this class. The first render is of the classroom setting and the second is the garage. I like being able to create environments for a game and with a purpose instead of just creating random places. It made it easier to plan out. I learned how to texture better and use lighting better as well. Im not one who is big on team work but never opposed to it since it's better to have more than one opinion. As far as for what I didn't like I don't have much to say. It started to bother me that I ended up doing it on my own but I was ok with it. Communication or heads up would have been better so I would have known what to do as far getting it all modeled and textured but I made the best of it and adjusted. Overall I think it went well. I got feedback from classmates on it so that helped.

post mortem

Things i liked: well it was interesting to see how a game was made. I learned a lot from the process and I plan to apply those things in the very near future. Things i disliked: working in groups with others needs to be very strictly managed otherwise there will not be much communication or people doing what they are supposed to do. there was also a good amount of people who were on board in the beginning but decided to do nothing else towards the game in the end. this leads others to do more work and resent them for their lack of effort. i just wish they had been more open from the beginning about their level of work ethic.

Right now this is the Menu Screen... each part of the Menu Screen has a ratio of 4:3.
This is all one image. The blue (top right corner) is the Level Select screen, and the black (bottom right) is the VS Screen
